Certain individuals among our customers may be eligible for discounted rates on service fees related to cancellation, refunds, or ticket changes. The detailed Customer Eligibility Program (CEP) is specifically applicable to Skytripfare's internal fees associated with cancellation, refund, or ticket change services.

*Immediate family members comprise spouses, domestic partners, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and eligibility extends to relationships such as biological, adoptive, step, in-law or domestic partner, foster, or ward/legal guardian.

For those on Active Duty, acceptable forms of ID encompass a .mil Email Address, Active Duty ID Card, Guard/Reserves ID Card, and Common Access Card (CAC). Veterans can present Military Retiree ID Card, Veterans ID card, Veteran Health ID Card, Uniformed Services ID Card, or a State Driver’s License stamped “VETERAN.”
